Have you considered Japan for finding LPs? Many big corporates in Japan are looking to invest in funds outside the country. Plus Japan is good place to explore medical related techonlogy.

Some notable companies would be:

  • JR
  • Many of the banks
  • Gov pension funds

Also, how much are you fundraising?
