Rafael Demetrio

Rafael Catolé Demetrio is an executive and entrepreuner with more 10 year of experience in sales, trade, online marketing, business development and NGO, as he founded a NGO called Semear Celeiro in Rio de Janeiro that aimed to help students with financial issues.
He started his career at AB Inbev, where he went from Global Trainee to Corporate National Manager in Soft Drinks. In 2014 he founded a Startup company, called ProCompra, a market place in Brazilian market and after that, he was invited to held a position as COO at one of the largest beauty e-commerces in Brazil, that under his leadership, took the first position in sales in brazilian market.
Rafael is degreed in business administration from PUC-RJ, Certificated in Entrepreunership and Business Development from Stanford and also has certifications and M&A and Lean Six Sigma.
Rafael Catolé is currently the Global Head of Export at Natural One and after two years helding this position, he is moving to Tokyo to be the Asia Pacific Zone President
