Where will the conference be held?

Entrepreneurship Conference 2025 will be held at Avante Hotel in Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur. The conference after-party will be held at SkyHill Rooftop Bar of Avante Hotel.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

While a stringent dress code is not enforced, we suggest opting for formal or business attire, considering the predominant audience at the event, which primarily consists of business professionals.

How many investors will there be?

We expect to invite 100+ venture investors to the conference. We're also constantly inviting more investors to be part of the conference, and this number may increase closer to the event day.

Is lunch provided at the event?

No, lunch is not provided. We do provide light refreshments during the tea break.

Are there member discounts for tickets?

Yes of course! All BEAMSTART members will be able to get tickets at a special rate. You can obtain the discount code via the Members Portal after logging in.

I would like to nominate a speaker. What are the requirements?

To recommend a speaker, simply send in their profile to us via this contact form.

Kindly ensure that the proposed speaker fulfills the following eligibility requirements:
  • If it's an entrepreneur, he/she must be one of the founders / C-level of a company that has either raised USD $2.5 million in funding or achieved yearly revenues of USD $1 million.
  • For investors, their fund must have raised at least USD $10 million and above.
  • For government representatives, they must be a senior executive or C-level of a government ministry.
