Aristos Ventures invests in capital-efficient technology companies primarily in Texas that need critical early capital in order to produce a product and generate revenue. The Managers of the Funds are seeking to build a diversified portfolio of companies each capable of achieving a meaningful exit.

Aristos Ventures invests primarily in companies that already have a product or service. These target portfolio companies typically only need about $1 million to get to profitability. This is the focus for Aristos Ventures—to invest in companies that don’t need further financing following the Fund’s completion of the final round of investment. Rounds are typically in the $200,000 to $350,000 range, with $750,000 to $1 million generally being invested in any single portfolio company. Aristos Ventures also considers pre-seed investments opportunistically and later-stage investments with other investors.
