Contact: Job Description – Growth Manager A growth manager will develop and execute a plan to help his or her company acquire and retain customers, as well as upsell its products or services. This involves gathering input from customers and various internal departments, like analytics, operations and marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets and choose key performance indicators. Growth Manager(GM): Growth Managers also need to be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels at their disposal, three general types of acquisition channels: • Earned Media: ASO, PR, Word of Mouth • Paid: Ads (Mobile, Web, Video, SEM, Affiliate), Sponsorships Roles & Responsibilities of GM: ● Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI ● Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting ● Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including ASO and Paid, social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video ● Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy ● Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy ● Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition ● Use app analytics and business intelligence tools to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns ● Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new hacks to reach customers and increase relevance Qualification requirements of GM: ● 2-3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2C and start-up experience preferred ● Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up ● Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites ● Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels ● Very data driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data ● Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and branding ● Experience managing organic acquisition ● Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done Contact:

Contact: WHO / WHAT IS A CONTENT REVIEWER / MODERATOR? A content moderator intern is responsible for user-generated content submitted to an online platform. The content moderator’s job is to make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn’t include any illegal items, and much more. Technical Architect

Contact: At Woovly, We are looking for a Technical Architect to design the structure of our IT systems and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. Should have experience in data modelling, distributed system design, Micro service architecture and communications protocol and is passionate about writing code and the art of management. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We'd also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs. Overseeing development and implementation of programs. Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams. Your goal will be to ensure our internal IT framework operates properly. [[Responsibilities ]] • Create architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces in Woovly • Communicate system requirements to engineering team • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions and provide guidance to team members • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods • Develop rapid prototypes of complex systems and work with junior developers to take them to completion. • Provide technical mentorship to a team of 8-10 strong engineers with thorough code and design reviews. • Find quick solutions for experiments being conducted by growth, marketing, product and business team to enable them to fail-fast. • Driving technical innovation at Woovly by experimenting with latest technologies and adopting them within our tech stack. • Establish a framework to regularly measure & track page and site performance metrics. Proactively identify gaps / opportunities to improve performance. [[Requirements]] • BE/BTech/ME/Mtech from IIT/NIT/REC/BIT’s or other top tier colleges with 8+ years of work experience working on scalable and high performance web based products. • Proficiency in CS concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating systems. • Strong hands on knowledge of a server side scripting language such as Python, PHP is MUST. • Good technical knowledge of Cloud technologies • Strong command over JavaScript, React, and NodeJS ecosystem. • Knowledge of MVC frameworks like Rails, Django, Express etc. • Sound understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL is required. Exposure to NoSQL like Redis / Memcached, Mongo will be a big plus. • Experience on Kafka / RabbitMQ will be good to have. • Strong hold on identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks. • Sound knowledge of tuning configurations for database, cache and OS params for optimal performance.
