I am ready to expand my vending machine operation and was hoping to find someone who was interested in helping to expand. The business is pretty automatic right now. Automatic meaning it runs pretty well since it's simply restocking the snacks now. There was a lot of trial and error to determine pricing & variety, but the operation has been mostly worked out now.
I am looking for someone who understands scaling a retail type business. Main areas would be understanding logistics, margin & the food retail industry.
