To expand our programme coverage, we are currently looking for freelance Coding/Robotics/STEM Trainers and Facilitators Responsibilities - Train and engage students with STEM Robotics & Coding enrichment courses and co-curricular activities for school students. - Help students to learn problem solving and computational skills. - Work closely with the project manager, trainers and facilitators. - Plan and prepare for class in order to achieve lesson objectives - Lead teams to participate in local and international competitions, if required. Job Requirements & Qualifications - Must be adept at online training - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in the area of Engineering, Multimedia or Computer Science or Programming - Minimum of 1 year experience in teaching robotics programme for students between 8-18 years old. - Robotic programme such as micro:bit and Adruino. - Provision of hardware and software requirement - Good class management and ability to manage a class of students not exceeding 40 students - Able to communicate well with students. - High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. - Passionate in training Primary and Secondary school students. - Prior experience in teaching and/or training in the related fields would be an advantage Others Excellent career progression to become Full time Curriculum and Project Managers. Job Description - To conduct classroom and outdoor training on various leadership topics based on our curriculum for youth age between 6 - 18 years old. - Help to implement best practices and methodologies in engagement and classroom management. - To work with programme managers and teachers on training programmes. - To ensure fun and imparting values through the activities. - Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned Job Requirements & Qualifications - Must be adept at online training - Minimum with diploma in any discipline. - Passionate in leadership training. - Minimum 1 years’ experience as a leadership trainer in a customer facing role, preferably with relevant leadership training certifications (e.g TLC, Strength Finder etc). - Outdoor leadership activities experience. - First- aid certified is a plus. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Proven presentation skills in a variety of formats ranging from hands-on to seminar-style. - Excellent one-on-one communication, group presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to use a variety of learning and training concepts and principles - High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. - Other relevant experience (e.g. CCA, working knowledge of Singapore's Education system, facilitation, volunteer works in community centre) - IT savvy is a plus point. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 years’ experience as a leadership trainer in a customer facing role, preferably with relevant leadership training certifications. - Demonstrated research, analytical, creative problem-solving, questioning, and feedback skills. - Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. The following are the main responsibilities: -To help students overcome personal, behavioural, family or social barriers that confound their motivation, functioning and learning. -To use intervention strategies and counselling to guide students towards the path of normalization and improve their academic results, social-emotional and psychological well-being. -To reduce attrition and dropping-out of school prematurely. -To work with the teacher in-charge and/or school counsellors to motivate students and equip them with life skills and values. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: -Must be adept at online training -Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Education Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or in fields related to socio-emotional learning. Experience: -At least 21 years and above. -Possess the necessary skills and experience in working with at-risk students (especially 12 to 17 years) for at least 2 years. -Preferably be trained in education, counselling, psychology, social work or related fields. -Be responsible and mature. -Be able to maintain a disciplined approach/ structure within the programme. -Be able to instil a high level of self-discipline in students. -Be able to conduct themselves in a firm and respectful manner. -Good communication skills -Proficient in English
