Born as Property Report Congress in 2015 as a high-level conference that aims to 'educate, inovate and inspire', the Asia Real Estate Summit is now part of PropertyGuru, Asia's foremost online company,covering the biggest issues driving real estate development, investment and growth in Asia and across the world with particular focus on property technology and digital inovation. Featuring respected thought leaders and global experts, the Summit's format is fast-paced : keynote speeches and panel discussions are interspersed with shorter talks and presentations, as international networking lunch and coffee breaks, and breakout sessions, with early evening cocktails to end the day.
The Summit is held annually, travelling each year to the next destination alongside the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, and attracting leading speakers, industry influencers and experts from all the sectors that shape Asian real estate to refresh thinking, reset agendas and connect with peers.
In 2020, we will hold our first-ever virtual edition, featuring global speakers on our main stage, interactive booths and exhibition halls, online networking and chat, and the PropertyGuru Tech Innovation Award.
