I used to be a web developer before starting my entrepreneurial journey and evolving into a talent acquisition professional. I have been building the IT staffing agency EchoGlobal for over a decade and have become highly skilled at hiring top tech talent globally, with a particularly strong network in Eastern Europe and LATAM. Now, even in turbulent times of automation and AI, I believe a genuine human touch remains essential.
After spending a couple of years in the US and the UK I returned to Ukraine, where I currently live. I am married, have 3 children, enjoy playing squash and riding my ATV.
