This investment forms part of a comprehensive 10-year collaboration between Viettel and the Ho Chi Minh City authority from 2026 to 2035.

Viettel will serve as a key strategic partner in digitalization, smart city development, logistics, financial infrastructure, and science-technology innovation.

Leveraging Proven Telecom Success

Building on its robust foundation, Viettel already provides 99.4% 4G coverage across Ho Chi Minh City with 9,300 stations.

The company recently invested VND10,000 billion in a massive 140-MW data center, one of Southeast Asia's largest, underscoring its commitment to infrastructure.

In 2025, Viettel achieved a pre-tax profit of VND56,800 billion on revenues exceeding VND200,400 billion.
