Temasek Trust's C3H catalytic vehicle has led a US$1.2 million first institutional funding round for Singapore healthtech startup Injewelme.

The round also saw participation from the UK-based Richardson Family office via impact marketplace Co-Axis.

Injewelme's Breakthrough Contactless Tech

Injewelme leverages AI and time-series data to transform everyday cameras into tools for continuous health monitoring.

Its proprietary DeepHealthVision (DHV) technology uses remote photoplethysmography to capture over 20 vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, in just 30 seconds.

The system boasts 95% detection accuracy validated in real-world pilots with partners like SingHealth Polyclinics and SJ Group.

Impact on Preventive Healthcare

In trials with SJ Group, DHV reduced pre-activity screening time by 50%, enhancing safety in fitness and wellness programs for seniors.

This funding arrives amid rising climate-related health risks, with DHV poised to detect heat stress and physiological strain early.

Future Growth and Expansion

Proceeds will advance DHV to monitor additional parameters like blood glucose, stress, fatigue, and hydration levels.

Injewelme plans accelerated customer acquisition in Singapore and entry into Southeast Asian markets across healthcare, eldercare, insurance, and workplace safety.

As a strategic partner, C3H will connect Injewelme to the Temasek ecosystem for commercialization and product development.
