Temasek-Backed Xora Innovation Appoints Silicon Valley Veteran Eric Rosenblum as General Partner to Boost AI Investments

Singapore-headquartered Xora Innovation, an early-stage AI and deep tech venture firm backed by state investor Temasek, has named Eric Rosenblum as its new General Partner.

Based in Silicon Valley, Rosenblum will drive the firm's expansion in the United States while accelerating investments in AI infrastructure, applied AI, and deep tech sectors.

Eric Rosenblum's Stellar Track Record

Phil Inagaki, Managing Partner and CIO of Xora, praised Rosenblum's rare full-stack background in building software at top AI firms, exiting startups, and succeeding as an investor.

Rosenblum previously served as Managing Partner at Foothill Ventures, where he established it as a leading early-stage deep tech investor with deals in semiconductors, energy, and automation.

His operator experience includes product leadership at Google and Palantir, COO at Drawbridge (acquired by LinkedIn), and CEO at Smartpay (acquired by Ping An Group).

The hire follows robust success in Xora's portfolio, such as the acquisition of Celestial AI by Marvell Technology and investments in Amperesand, Bedrock Robotics, Rhoda AI, Upscale AI, and Vinci.
