The RMB 1 billion investment, closed on March 25, 2026, drew participation from 16 domestic and international investors across technology, automotive, and logistics sectors.

Founded as a pioneer in humanoid robotics, ROBOTERA develops all core hardware in-house, including motors, reducers, and joint modules for full-sized bipedal robots.
