Singapore's JustCo Files for SGX IPO Amid Flexible Workspace Boom in Asia

JustCo Holdings Pte. Ltd., a leading flexible workspace provider in Asia, has filed a preliminary prospectus for an initial public offering on the SGX Mainboard.

The Singapore-headquartered company plans to list its ordinary shares and rename itself JustCo Holdings Limited.

Founded in 2011, JustCo operates coworking spaces across major Asia-Pacific cities, including Greater China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, and India.

Its portfolio features premium brands like THE COLLECTIVE for luxury workspaces, JustCo for high-end coworking, and the boring office for essential solutions.

Backed by Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC and Frasers Property, which invested $177 million in 2018 and later upped its stake to 22.5% in 2024, the firm has expanded rapidly.

After pandemic challenges, JustCo reported a net profit of US$2.7 million in FY2025, marking a turnaround from prior losses.
