Singapore's Princeton Digital Group Lands $856M Green Loan for Giant Indonesia Data Center

Princeton Digital Group, a leading Singapore-based data center developer, has secured approximately $856 million in financing for its massive 120-MW JC3 data center campus in Indonesia.

The funding includes a fully underwritten $456 million syndicated facility from major banks like DBS, HSBC, Maybank, SMBC, and Standard Chartered, with an additional $400 million accordion facility in progress.

Project Details and Green Focus

The JC3 campus is located in the Greenland International Industrial Center in Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta, with groundbreaking held in November 2025 and an initial investment of $1 billion.
