In logistics, ESR boasts a robust development pipeline valued at approximately $9 billion, serving more than 1,500 customers with modern facilities near major population and consumption hubs.

The firm's data center platform features a pipeline exceeding three gigawatts (GW) of capacity, emphasizing early securing of land and power in key markets.

This investment aligns with surging demand driven by e-commerce expansion, supply chain evolution, and rapid digitalization across the region.

ESR's strategy targets high-potential markets including Australia, Japan, South Korea, Greater China, India, and Southeast Asia.
