The funding round was co-led by Tin Men Capital and Alter Global, with participation from Hustle Fund and Gondor Capital.

OnSite's AI-powered platform replaces fragmented communication tools like messaging apps, phone calls, and paper records with an integrated system featuring messaging, voice notes, and images.

The technology automatically organizes data by project, location, and timeline, creating a searchable audit trail that minimizes information loss.

Singapore's construction sector, valued at up to S$53 billion annually, remains one of the least digitized industries, leading to over S$1.1 billion in yearly inefficiencies for small and medium-sized contractors.

Common issues include project delays, payment disputes, and lost documentation, which OnSite aims to resolve through smarter data management.

Future Innovations and Expansion

With the new capital, OnSite plans to expand its engineering team and accelerate development of advanced features like AI-driven assistants, project analysis tools, and predictive risk assessments.

The startup is currently in beta testing with partners in Singapore and Hong Kong, targeting a full commercial launch later in 2026.
