Intrinsic SEA to host High-Level Delegation to help businesses enter Hainan
Maria LourdesIntrinsic SEA, the official Southeast Asia strategic partner of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City (YZBSTC), is coordinating a high-level delegation to the Hainan Free Trade Port from April 12–17, 2026.
The invitation-only trip, branded "Meet Hainan", aligns with the China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) in Haikou (April 13–18, 2026) and the Hainan Free Trade Port Global Industry Investment Promotion Conference.
This convergence offers participants direct access to national policy signals, senior government officials, and project-level opportunities in one location.
It builds on the February 2026 partnership between YZBSTC and Intrinsic SEA, following Hainan's independent customs operations launch in December 2025. This created a separate customs zone with zero-tariff access and 15% preferential tax rates.

Delegates will join VIP access to CICPE, sessions at the Global Industry Investment Promotion Conference, a mayor-level roundtable in Sanya, a guided visit to YZBSTC focusing on deep-sea technology, seed innovation, AI and biomanufacturing, a tour of BGI Genomics Institute, and curated closed-door CEO strategic dialogues.
The program is open to founders, CEOs, board members, technology companies in life sciences, AI, advanced manufacturing, marine tech and agri-tech, as well as strategic investors and family offices actively exploring market entry into China.
It forms part of the “MEET Hainan Tour” initiative, designed to connect ASEAN enterprises directly with Hainan’s “First Line” international and “Second Line” mainland trade policies for tangible technology partnerships and investment outcomes.

Pricing starts at RM7,800 per company for early-bird registrations (by March 15, 2026), with Intrinsic SEA contributing an RM8,000 sponsorship per participant. Standard rate is RM8,800 (original value RM16,800).
The package includes five nights’ accommodation in 5-star hotels, airport transfers, full conference access and government sessions. Air tickets and personal expenses are excluded.
