Malaysia's Catcha Digital Berhad has announced record-breaking full-year results for FY2025, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory.

The company reported revenue of RM67.63 million, a whopping 76% increase year-on-year, alongside adjusted EBITDA of RM14.76 million, up 83%.

Record Financial Milestones Amid Robust Expansion

Adjusted profit after tax and minority interests (PATAMI) reached RM8.54 million, reflecting a 64% year-on-year rise driven by strategic initiatives.

These achievements underscore Catcha Digital's successful pivot towards acquisitions in digital media, B2B expo, and IT solutions sectors.

Strategic Acquisitions Powering Growth

In 2025, the group completed seven key acquisitions, including One International Exhibition Sdn Bhd, which contributed RM7.17 million in revenue.

Other notable deals involved Maxoom Sdn Bhd, Framemotion Studio Sdn Bhd, and an increased stake in Headline Media Sdn Bhd to 80%.

These moves have not only boosted immediate earnings but also positioned the company for market leadership in high-growth areas.

Fortified Balance Sheet Supports Future Ambitions

Ending the year with a cash position of RM30.74 million and RM11 million in operating cash flow, Catcha Digital boasts over RM100 million in acquisition capital.

CEO Eric Tan highlighted the team's exceptional execution, emphasizing strong underlying performance despite non-cash M&A adjustments.

Chairman Patrick Grove outlined an optimistic FY2026, expecting full contributions from 2025 acquisitions and pursuing further opportunities.
