Cyera Acquires Ryft in $100M+ Deal to Pioneer Agentic AI Data Security

Cyera, the leading AI security platform, has acquired Ryft, an innovative Israeli data lake startup, to enhance its capabilities in agentic AI security.

The acquisition, announced on April 23, 2026, is estimated at $100-130 million, marking a significant move amid surging demand for secure AI data management.

Boosting Agentic AI Security

Cyera, valued at $9 billion following a $400 million Series F round, secures data for enterprises like Paramount and Chipotle across rest, motion, and use.

Ryft, founded in 2024 by Yossi Reitblat, Yuval Yogev, and Guy Gadon, provides a secure automated data lake trusted by Sonos, Unity, and Voodoo.

The deal integrates Ryft's technology to create a unified control plane, enabling traceable and secure data access for autonomous AI agents.

Cyera CTO Tamar Bar-Ilan emphasized that agents require novel infrastructure due to shifting identities in tasks and delegations.
