The round was co-led by Insight Partners, Mangusta Capital, and S Capital, with participation from Moneta VC, HighSage Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Sarona Ventures, and OurCrowd.

Founded in 2022 by CEO Eldad Postan-Koren and CTO Bar Haleva, Winn.AI provides live AI coaching during customer calls, allowing sales reps to receive instant guidance without administrative burdens.

The platform listens to conversations, offers real-time answers and prompts, and helps bridge the gap between sales strategies and on-the-ground execution for enterprise teams.

Early adopters include prominent tech firms like Deel, Cyera, Intercom, Kaseya, WalkMe, and Snyk, demonstrating strong market validation.

Since its launch in June 2023, Winn.AI has tripled its annual recurring revenue in 2025 alone and achieved 30X growth over two years, with zero churn among enterprise customers.

This funding brings the company's total capital raised to $35 million, following a $17 million seed round that supported initial product development.
