Wipro, India's leading AI-powered technology firm, has agreed to acquire Mindsprint, the IT unit of Olam Group, for $375 million in cash.
In tandem with the acquisition, Wipro signed an eight-year transformation contract with Olam Group, featuring a committed annual spend of about $100 million, bringing the contract value to roughly $800 million, with total engagement expected to exceed $1 billion.

Mindsprint employs over 3,200 professionals mainly in India and specializes in digital, cybersecurity, and supply chain solutions across food, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors.
The deal supports Olam Group's portfolio reorganization to streamline operations, sharpen focus on core agribusiness activities, and maximize shareholder value.
Wipro will deliver end-to-end transformation services using a consulting-led, AI-driven approach throughout Olam Group's farm-to-fork value chain, from farming and manufacturing to trading, supply chain, and customer engagement.
