Wipro, India's leading AI-powered technology firm, has agreed to acquire Mindsprint, the IT unit of Olam Group, for $375 million in cash.
In tandem with the acquisition, Wipro signed an eight-year transformation contract with Olam Group, featuring a committed annual spend of about $100 million, bringing the contract value to roughly $800 million, with total engagement expected to exceed $1 billion.
