India's Snabbit Targets $50M Funding at $400M Valuation in Booming Quick Home Services Market

Snabbit, the Bengaluru-based on-demand home services startup, is in advanced talks to raise around $50 million at a $400 million valuation.

Sources indicate the round, led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, could expand to $55 million or more due to high demand from investors like Mirae Asset, FJ Labs, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Bertelsmann India Investments.

Rapid Growth Driving Valuation Surge

The company recently hit a milestone by completing over one million jobs in March alone, showcasing explosive demand for its quick domestic help services.

With more than 5,000 female professionals on its platform, Snabbit promises house help for cleaning, laundry, and chores within minutes.

From Startup to Scale-Up: Funding History

Founded in 2024 by ex-Zepto executive Aayush Agarwal, Snabbit has raised $55 million previously, including a $30 million Series C in October 2025 that doubled its valuation to $180 million.

Earlier rounds included seed funding and a $5.5 million Series A led by Elevation Capital, fueling expansion across Indian cities.

Intensifying Competition in India's $60 Billion Housework Sector

Rivals like Pronto are also fundraising at $200 million valuations, while Urban Company's InstaHelp crossed one million bookings in March.

This funding could enable Snabbit to scale operations, enhance worker training, and capture more market share in urban India.

The surge reflects shifting consumer habits, with young professionals embracing app-based instant services akin to quick commerce for groceries.

Looking ahead, a successful close as early as next week could position Snabbit as a leader, potentially transforming the fragmented domestic help industry nationwide.
