Bookings have surged from 1,000 daily last year to 18,000 now across 10 cities and 150+ micromarkets, growing 20% weekly.

The $56–$57 billion Indian home services market has under 1% online penetration, projected to grow at 18–22% CAGR through 2030 amid urbanization.

Expansion, Pilots, and Road Ahead

New funds will onboard more pros, expand cities, and pilot cooking, car washing, dog walking, and salon services.

Facing rivals like Snabbit and Urban Company, founder Anjali Sardana stresses quality wins in the 99.99% offline market.

With two years of runway and demand outpacing supply, Pronto targets 70,000 daily bookings by June.
