ValleyNXT Ventures Launches ₹400 Crore Bharat Breakthrough Fund to Power Deep-Tech Startups in India
ValleyNXT Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Indore, India, has officially launched its debut fund, Bharat Breakthrough Fund–I.
The SEBI-registered Category I fund targets a total corpus of ₹400 crore (approximately US$44.1 million), with an initial raise of ₹200 crore and a greenshoe option for an additional ₹200 crore.
Fund Focus and Investment Strategy
The fund will invest in seed to pre-Series A startups, particularly those in deeptech, medtech, cleantech, agritech, and other tech-first sectors.
Beyond capital, it offers a unique VC-plus-accelerator model, providing structured mentorship, global networks, and market access to help founders scale rapidly.
ValleyNXT Ventures' Impressive Track Record
Established in 2021, ValleyNXT Ventures began as an angel network and has since supported over 5,000 deals while directly investing in more than 10 promising startups like Kelvin6k and MildCares.
The firm's hands-on approach has empowered startups with performance-based follow-on funding up to ₹10 crore, focusing on scalable models with strong technological moats.

Key leaders include Dr. Madhu Vasepalli as Founder and Managing Partner, Dr. Nikhil Agarwal as Founder and Advisor (MD of FITT at IIT Delhi), and co-founders Anand Saklecha and others.
