The funding round was led by Cactus Partners and saw participation from prominent investors including Zephyr Peacock, Jungle Ventures, Accion Ventures, NBD Ventures, Lighthouse Canton, and Alteria Capital.

Innovative Phygital Model Drives Growth

Founded in 2020 by Abhishek Dua and Shubham Gupta, the company previously secured around $6 million in funding.

Showroom B2B offers a vertically integrated design-to-delivery platform for unbranded apparel, serving retailers, brands, and buying houses domestically and internationally.

Its unique phygital approach combines a digital ordering app with physical Experience Stores for sample reviews, resulting in single-digit return rates compared to the industry's 25-30% norm.

The platform streamlines inventory, orders, manufacturing, delivery, and payments, providing an ERP-like backbone for smaller businesses.

Targeting Booming Market and Key Partnerships

It has partnered with major players like Reliance Trends, Vishal Megamart, V-Mart, and Myntra, enhancing its market penetration.

India's unbranded garment wholesale market, currently valued at $50 billion, is projected to expand to $80 billion, creating significant opportunities for platform-driven solutions.

The funding will fuel manufacturing capacity expansion, operational improvements, and deeper ties with enterprises and mid-sized retailers.
