Nava Secures $22M Series A Funding to Fuel AI-Optimized Cloud Infrastructure Expansion Across APAC

Nava, an India-based cloud infrastructure firm specializing in GPU compute and AI data centers, has raised $22 million in a Series A funding round.

The company, recently rebranded from Kluisz and founded in 2025, aims to leverage this capital to expand its operations throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Series A Funding Breakdown

The round was led by Greenoaks, with participation from RTP Global and Unicorn India Ventures.

This follows a $9.6 million seed round backed by RTP Global, Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, and Climber Capital.

Company Founders and Vision

Nava was co-founded by Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh.

The firm is building a specialized cloud platform tailored for AI workloads, combining AI-optimized data centers, GPU compute infrastructure, and orchestration software.

Strategic APAC Expansion

Nava plans to establish Singapore as its regional headquarters to tap into global talent pools.

The funding will support development of its AI compute platform, operational scaling in key APAC markets, and recruitment of experts in AI data center design, GPU engineering, and operations.

This expansion comes amid surging demand for AI-specific infrastructure, with KPMG forecasting that Southeast Asia's data center capacity must triple by 2030 to meet AI needs.

India faces similar gaps, as much existing regional infrastructure falls short for intensive AI applications.

With this investment, Nava is poised to bridge critical gaps in APAC's AI ecosystem, fostering innovation and economic growth.
