Hartamodal Sdn Bhd, the venture capital arm of Tradeview Capital, has announced a strategic investment in Sarawak-based NEUON AI Sdn Bhd.

This move is part of Hartamodal's MYR 70 million Dana Impian fund, with MYR 15 million already invested across three tech startups to fuel AI commercialization.

Hartamodal focuses on accelerating the adoption of AI industrial solutions in critical sectors, building on its prior investment in health tech firm Connect & Heal in June 2025.

Established in 2018 by AI experts Dr. Chai Kok Chin, Marcus Chai Koh Kiong, and Dr. Chang Yang Loong, NEUON AI graduated from Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation's accelerator with seed funding.

The company has secured deployments with major agencies like Sarawak Forestry Corporation and Institut Sukan Negara, proving its scalable AI platform.

Its flagship ROADPLUS platform uses computer vision for road asset management and is deployed by Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak.
