Startup founders looking to step back, recharge, and sharpen their leadership skills will soon have an opportunity to do so at a special retreat taking place from 20th to 23rd June 2025 in Langkawi, Malaysia.
Organised by Artem Ventures, the Leadership Development Founders Retreat is a four-day leadership development programme designed for entrepreneurs to reflect on their journey, connect with other founders, and build clarity for the road ahead.
Held at the tranquil Darulaman Sanctuary — a private nature reserve at the foot of Gunung Raya — the retreat offers a mix of workshops, group discussions, and coaching sessions focused on leadership growth, self-awareness, and personal well-being.
