Led by Prudence, the investment includes Zero Infinity Partners, Founder Collective, Villain Capital, and Optimist Ventures, announced on March 10, 2026.

Founded in October 2024 by CEO Evan Brown and Andrew Schwartz, Rebar leverages Brown's five years of hands-on experience as an HVAC estimator.

Brown's background includes summers with his uncle's HVAC distributor and manual blueprint analysis at Johnson Barrow / DMG Corp. before its acquisition.

The company's proprietary computer vision AI analyzes construction blueprints to identify, categorize, and count HVAC equipment for instant bills of materials and quotes.

Clients using Rebar generate quotes 60% to 70% faster, reducing processes from a week to minutes and boosting win rates by 2x to 3x.

Rebar doubled annual recurring revenue in early 2026, onboarding dozens of new customers, with seven clients becoming investors.
