ESR and Mitsubishi Estate Asia have joined forces once again for a major project in Australia.

The new partnership will invest AUD 700 million to build a premium logistics estate at Huntingwood in Western Sydney.

This marks their second collaboration following a similar venture in Pakenham started in 2024.

The 18.3-hectare site will deliver up to 114005 square meters of modern warehouse space across three stages.

Construction is planned to begin in the second half of 2026 with initial completions from the second half of 2027.
