The acquisition grew from a dinner meeting in London a couple of months ago, where the doctors were introduced to Temple and eventually tried the device.
This move also builds on Goyal's earlier $25 million personal commitment to Continue Research, his longevity-focused research initiative.

Temple was recently valued at $375 million following an employee stock option liquidity programme, nearly double the $190 million valuation at which it raised a $54 million seed round in February.
