Swish Raises $38M Series B: Bengaluru Hyperlocal Food Delivery Startup Doubles Valuation to $139M in Third Round

Swish, Bengaluru's innovative hyperlocal food delivery startup, has successfully raised $38 million in its Series B funding round.

This funding marks the company's third capital raise within just 18 months, bringing its total funding to $54 million.

Explosive Growth and Full-Stack Model

Founded in 2024 by CEO Aniket Shah, Swish focuses on ultra-fast 10-minute fresh food delivery by owning its kitchens, supply chain, and delivery network.

Operating in dense 1-km radius micro-markets, the startup now processes 20,000 orders daily across 10 clusters in Bengaluru, a quadrupling from 5,000 orders four months ago.

With over 200 menu items including meals, snacks, and beverages, Swish achieves an average order value of ₹200-₹250 and high repeat rates, with top users ordering 10+ times monthly among 20-35-year-olds.

Automated kitchens in older clusters have reached profitability, demonstrating superior unit economics over commission-based marketplace platforms.

Top-Tier Investors Fuel Expansion

The round was led by Hara Global and Bain Capital Ventures, joined by Accel, Stride Ventures, and Alteria Capital.

The post-money valuation has surged to $139 million, more than doubling from a year prior amid India's competitive quick commerce scene.

Unlike larger rivals Swiggy, Zepto, and Zomato that scaled back rapid delivery experiments due to high costs, Swish's hyperlocal strategy thrives.

Shah emphasized, “We are very dense, very close to the customer, ensuring that we are able to almost act like a restaurant kitchen, bringing food to your table.”
