G42 Partners with FPT and Viet Thai for $1B Sovereign AI Data Center in Vietnam

Abu Dhabi's leading AI powerhouse G42 has forged a transformative partnership with Vietnam's FPT Corporation and Viet Thai Group to launch a $1 billion AI data center initiative.

The framework agreement, signed in Ho Chi Minh City, will develop cutting-edge AI and cloud infrastructure across three strategic locations in Vietnam.

This collaboration aims to bolster Vietnam's ambitions of becoming an AI-native society and a premier AI hub in Southeast Asia.

G42 contributes its global expertise in advanced AI infrastructure and cloud platforms, ensuring national data sovereignty and digital resilience.

FPT Corporation, Vietnam's largest IT services firm operating in over 30 countries, provides deep local market knowledge and technical prowess.

Viet Thai Group, a consumer sector leader in coffee, retail, and logistics, adds cross-industry insights for broad economic impact.
