Who We Are
Coast makes technical products visual. Instead of sending prospects documentation, decks, or one-off demos, customer-facing teams use Coast to show exactly how their product works in context. Any UI, any workflow, any integration. Sales, marketing, and solutions teams use Coast to collapse sales cycles, build pipeline, and deliver bespoke solution journeys across complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional account management role. Coast sits close to the product, solutions, and revenue motions of our customers, so success requires a highly consultative and commercially driven approach. You'll work across executives, pre-sales leaders, solution engineers, product marketers, and technical teams to help customers operationalize the platform in a way that drives measurable business impact.
We're looking for someone who can build deep trust with senior stakeholders, lead sharp commercial conversations, identify whitespace, and translate customer usage and organizational complexity into account strategy and revenue growth.
This is a full-time, NYC-based role. You'll split time between the office and being on-site with customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the lifecycle success and growth of a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
- Map stakeholders, goals, and usage patterns to build and execute account plans
- Lead customer strategy conversations with stakeholders across sales, solutions, and product teams
- Run business reviews that tie platform usage to concrete business outcomes
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across teams, products, and use cases
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong adoption and customer success
- Deliver meaningful net revenue retention through expansion within enterprise accounts
- Contribute to best practices for strategic account management at Coast
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, partnerships, or consulting
- Strong track record of growing Fortune 100 enterprise accounts
- Experience working with technical products is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable narratives
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort working with usage and account signals
- High ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and solutions teams
What Success Looks Like
- Customers expand because the platform becomes embedded in how they distribute and sell their products
- Executive stakeholders clearly understand the value being driven
- You consistently uncover and execute on new growth opportunities within accounts
- The platform becomes a durable part of customers' go-to-market infrastructure
