Software Engineering Common Gap Year Application

Deep24 alongside a range of fast growing companies (like Trilogy Superbuilders (the tech behind Alpha Schools), Zingage, Keywords and more) are teaming up launch a common gap year application - apply in one place, get fielded to all the companies who are looking to hire gap year students.

Details:

Who is this for: College students AND graduating high school seniors who are talented builders and want to do real work for a year before deciding whether to head back to college, or pursue other opportunities. This is primary geared towards engineers and builders, but talented creators and generalists can apply too.

Compensation: all companies will pay a minimum of $75k/year USD salary, with most intending to pay more with additional perks like housing for the gap year.

Location: Most opportunities are in person across SF, Austin and New York City.

Community: Common gap year participants will get plugged into a community of other builders in gap years, and we will help students meet builders gapping at other companies in the program.

Process: Apply once, get considered everywhere. Each company will individually give offers at or above the minimum salary and is vetted to be a high growth startup environment with resourcing for mentorship. Applying here is not applying to the Common Gap, it is just expressing interest to be notified when the Common Gap portal launches.
