About the Position
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll shape the future of the Curebase platform. Your primary responsibilities include managing engineering sprints, creating well-structured tickets for new features and bug fixes, and ensuring both engineers and QA teams have clear guidance. You'll develop a deep understanding of the platform to identify potential blind spots and collaborate closely with Customer Success to triage feature requests and enhancements. You'll also contribute to release planning and execution.
Your Role
- Develop deep product expertise, using AI to facilitate rapid and deep research
- Keep sprints organized and tickets well-groomed
- Write detailed feature and bug tickets, including UI mock-ups when needed
- Plan releases around client deadlines
- Act as a thought leader, guiding engineering on robust implementations and helping QA anticipate regression risks
- Learn what customers need and always be learning from their experience and feedback
- Collaborate with our Lead Product Manager in a tight-knit duo
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic product initiatives
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, especially in life sciences and/or SaaS.
- BS/BA in a relevant field
- Experience working in a startup environment with high accountability for shipping features and bugfixes
- You love vibe coding, prototyping and rapid iteration, and can produce great designs without needing a Designer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in Agile development, working closely with engineering and QA teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear deliverables.
- Experience with tools like JIRA (we just moved to Linear BTW), and GitHub is a plus.
