The Role
We’re hiring SDRs to build and scale Bolto’s outbound acquisition engine.
This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy sales role. More than half of your time will be spent on cold calling, cold email, and direct outreach.
You’ll work directly with the COO to refine our sales motion and turn early wins into repeatable systems.

What You’ll Do
1. Outbound Engine (Core of the Role)
- Execute high-volume outbound daily across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Make 100+ cold calls per day
- Send and manage large-scale outbound campaigns
- Build and maintain highly targeted startup prospect lists
- Write, test, and iterate on messaging
- Manage and optimize outbound tooling (HubSpot, Apollo/Unify/Instantly, Sales Nav)
2. Pipeline Generation
- Consistently book qualified meetings with startup founders and operators
- Follow up aggressively and creatively across channels
- Own your pipeline and hit weekly/monthly meeting targets
3. Campaigns & Experiments
- Support and execute outbound campaigns (events, referrals, targeted outreach)
- Help turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks
- Contribute ideas for new ways to generate pipeline
