About Mindbase (previously called TradeX)

We build AI avatars that autonomously create content, engage audiences, and grow on their own. Each avatar gets its own Instagram / Twitter / YouTube / TikTok handle and builds real relationships like a human creator would.

We work across two verticals:

1. For Brands Brands spend millions renting influencer distribution. We build them a network of AI influencers from scratch — so they own it. We're already generating 150M+ monthly views with 15 AI influencers. Brands pay us $1,000–$4,000/month per avatar.

2. For Individuals Founders, executives, creators, and professionals use Mindbase to launch their own personal AI avatar on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — and become a recognised thought leader in their category without spending hours creating content themselves.

Creator economy is a very evolving domain. We are also now starting to create AI avatars of real humans using their likeness. Over time, we want to become google of creator economy where we co-own a network of 100k+ AI creators and the tools used by them.

Mindbase is a spin-off from TradeX, a prediction market exchange where the team spent millions on influencer marketing to grow to $40M in trading volume from 5M+ users. We're applying those learnings to Mindbase.

Headquartered in San Francisco but mostly remote.

The Role

This is a contract engagement, not a full-time role. We're looking for a high-performance Sales Executive who wants to own their income — not wait for a salary.

You bring the relationships. You close the deals. We pay you well for it.

Compensation

• $1,000/month fixed retainer
• 30% commission on every deal you close — uncapped, paid monthly for as long as the client stays active
• Example: 5 avatars × $2K/month = $10K MRR → $3,000/month in commission, compounding as your book grows
• Sub-distribution: You're free to split your 30% within your own broker or lead gen chain — we pay you, you manage your network

Path to Full-Time

This starts as a contract, but the door is open. After 6 months of strong performance, a full-time role with equity is on the table — for the right person who's proven they can move the needle.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong existing network of brand marketing decision-makers, CMOs, agencies, or high-profile individuals
• Proven track record closing deals — show us the numbers, not the years
• Understands how viral content works on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Self-driven — this role rewards execution, not effort
• Still in college? If you can sell, we want to talk. Pedigree doesn't matter here — performance does.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close brands already spending on influencer marketing
• Identify and close individuals — founders, CXOs, creators — who want to build their personal brand through an AI avatar
• Attend Luma events in the city to find relevant customers
• Visit local customers like car services shops, med Spas, cafes etc to sell them AI avatar.
• Pitch Mindbase's offering tailored to each client's category and goals
• Build and manage your own outreach pipeline
• Negotiate pricing ($1,000–$4,000/month per avatar) and close contracts
• Feed client insights back to the founding team
