Product Operations Intern

📍 In-Person Internship — Redwood City, CA
This is an on-site internship. You’ll work alongside our founders, product, design, and engineering teams in our Redwood City office to build and launch AI products together.

At Retell, we ship fast. Every week, new features go live and thousands of developers build production AI voice agents on our platform. As a Product Operations Intern, you’ll work directly with the product team to keep launches organized, improve the developer experience, and help turn customer feedback into better products.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves execution, enjoys working across teams, and wants to see how a fast-growing AI startup operates behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate educational product assets by partnering with designers to create diagrams, illustrations, and visuals that make complex features easy to understand.
• Own the weekly feature request review, host the meeting, document decisions, and keep follow-up items on track.
• Improve our documentation by reviewing customer feedback every week, identifying gaps, and updating docs to make the product easier to use.
• Drive ecosystem operations by coordinating logistics for app integrations, technology partnerships, and app exchange listings.
• Help keep product launches organized by ensuring documentation, assets, and cross-functional communication are ready before release.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Developer Relations on initiatives that improve the customer experience.

We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and keeping projects moving.
• Curious about AI, developer tools, and B2B SaaS.
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited to solve problems without waiting to be asked.
• Experience with Notion, Figma, or project management tools is a plus.
