The impact

As a Product Operations Associate, you will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and GTM — ensuring Method scales efficiently and with quality. You’ll own our internal product knowledge hub, support rollouts and POCs, and help automate key processes that accelerate product delivery. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that creates leverage for the entire company.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a “Swiss Army knife” for the product team, playing a key role in cross-functional business initiatives such as product enhancements, cost optimizations, and new vertical explorations

• Build and maintain Method’s product knowledge hub, translating technical detail into comprehensive documentation

• Support POCs, customer rollouts, and solutions engineering with operational excellence

• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual overhead.

• Build tools and procedures to monitor key business metrics across the product ecosystem

Who you are

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or a high-growth tech company.

• Strong analytical foundation with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Hungry to transition into startups/fintech and thrive in ambiguity.

• Humble, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across functions.

• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services in a scrappy environment a plus

The annual US base salary range for this role is: $110,000 - $135,000
