As our founding PM, you'll define and drive Casca's end-to-end product development. We're not just building features—we're creating an entirely new way for banks to operate. You'll collaborate directly with our business & engineering team to transform complex AI capabilities into elegant solutions that make legacy banking systems obsolete. What you'll bring:

• Experience : 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably delivered customer-facing AI technology or financial service products.

• Technical background : Degree in Computer Science or experience as an engineer preferred

• AI & Financial Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable.

• Strategic Thinking : Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products.

• Cross-Functional Leadership : Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams.

• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
