Platform Engineer (Backend+Infra)

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer (Backend + Infra) with 1+ years of experience and a strong appetite to learn fast.
You’ll help build the backbone of DrDroid’s agentic AI platform — designing services, scaling systems, and enabling rapid developer velocity.

What You’ll Work On

• Building and extending backend services that power our AI agent platform
• Designing APIs and internal tools to improve developer productivity
• Setting up scalable environments for simulation and load testing
• Contributing to and maintaining our open-source observability projects
• Automating deployment and monitoring pipelines

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure setup
• Strong programming experience in Python / Go / Node.js (any one preferred)

Good-to-Haves

• Understanding of observability & monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Signoz, etc.)
• Experience with distributed systems, tracing, and performance tuning
