Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within Clinikally, from creating job descriptions to finalizing hires.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and specific technical needs.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless interview process for both candidates and interviewers.

Offer Management: Lead offer negotiations and ensure that candidates are presented with competitive compensation packages.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends, hiring best practices, and competitor talent strategies to continually improve Clinikally recruitment efforts.

Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously refine our processes.
