== What you'll do

• Architect and steer AI agents to build, test, and ship payment infrastructure
• Design prompts, workflows, and guardrails that produce production-grade code
• Own features end-to-end — from spec to deployment — without writing code yourself
  
  == What we're looking for
  
• Hands-on experience with agent harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor…)
• Strong software engineering judgment — you need to know what good code looks like even if you're not typing it
• Comfort with payments, fintech, or regulated systems is a plus
• Bias toward shipping
  
  == What this is not
  
• A traditional engineering role. You will NOT be writing code.
• A prompt engineering role. You'll be orchestrating autonomous agents across a real codebase.
