We are now looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Head of Finance to help us build a world-class finance function as we grow from Series A to the next stage.

What You’ll Do

As our Head of Finance, you will be the first dedicated finance hire at AiPrise. Reporting directly to the the founders, you will build the financial engine that powers our next stage of growth. You will be a strategic partner helping us decide where to invest, how to scale our margins, and how to prepare for our Series B.

• Strategic Planning & FP&A: Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast. You’ll translate our roadmap into a financial model that guides hiring and spend.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support the founders in future fundraising rounds (Series B and beyond). You’ll manage our data room, investor reporting, and board decks.

• Financial Operations: Professionalize our "back office." This includes managing AP/AR, payroll, tax compliance, and overseeing our external accounting firm.

• Unit Economics & Insights: Dig into our CAC, LTV, and burn multiple. You’ll provide the leadership team with the data needed to make informed "go/no-go" decisions on new initiatives.

• Systems Scaling: Implement the right tech stack (e.g., ERP, equity management via eqvista, spend management via Brex) to automate manual processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience in Investment Banking or Big 4 accounting followed by an ops role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, GL, revenue recognition).
• You build financial models that are elegant, easy to follow, and driver-based.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• You can explain complex financial concepts to non-finance team members in a way that creates alignment.
• Experience with SaaS billing, RevOps, or B2B enterprise models is a plus.
• You are the gatekeeper of our fiscal health and operate with the highest level of discretion.
