About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and work across the full funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. You will get hands-on experience with the channels that drive a modern marketplace, including content, SEO, email, social, community, paid, and partnerships.
This is a hands-on internship. You will not be working on throwaway projects. You will own real marketing work that reaches actual buyers and sellers, and you will see the impact of what you ship.
We are hiring for our Winter and Spring terms, each about three months.
What You Will Be Doing
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to retention
- Work across channels: paid, social, email and lifecycle, content, and community
- Support audience growth and engagement across our social and community presence
- Help turn new signups into repeat buyers through email and lifecycle programs
- Run audience, market, and competitive research, and turn it into clear recommendations
- Help measure performance across channels and report on what actually drives growth
- Pitch in on new channel tests and experiments as we scale
- Ramp quickly on our funnel, customers, and tools, and ship real marketing work in your first few weeks
- Grow into owning a channel workstream end to end, and run your own experiment from launch to a clear readout on what it drove
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
- A strong, clear writer who can pick up and match a brand voice
- Fluent with AI tools and genuinely good at using them. You lean on AI to research, draft, and move faster, and you know how to get quality work out of it.
- Curious about marketing, startups, and how growth actually works
- Organized, self-directed, and able to own a project end to end
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and digging into data
- Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
Bonus
- Experience with content, SEO, social, email, or community
- Experience growing an audience or running a side project (a blog, newsletter, or social account)
- Comfort working with marketing and analytics tools
- Interest in financial markets, collectibles, rare coins, precious metals, or marketplaces
