Who is this for?

This role is perfect for someone who’s scrappy, creative, and data-driven, excited to test, learn, and iterate quickly. You’ll get hands-on experience across marketing channels, growth experiments, and brand-building initiatives while helping shape the growth playbook for a high-velocity startup.

What you'll do

• Work directly with our founding head of growth Xile
• Execute and scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, social, partnerships, content).
• Own growth experiments: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to improve acquisition and retention.
• Support our paid, SEO, and creator marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the Growth team.
• Write and publish compelling content (landing pages, social posts, emails) that converts.
• Dive into analytics to track campaign performance, report results, and recommend next steps.
• Help organize creator and influencer partnerships.
• Assist in planning and executing onsite events to grow brand awareness and community engagement.
• Assist in community-building efforts to grow Mocha’s audience and presence.
• Work closely with design, product, and engineering to bring growth ideas to life quickly.
• Be a key part of building Mocha’s growth engine from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you’ll help shape the voice of Mocha, build our audience, and directly impact our growth trajectory.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or startup marketing.
• A “full-stack” marketer mindset - eager to learn and jump into different channels.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with marketing metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Creative, experimental, and resourceful. Not afraid to try new ideas.
• Bonus: experience with SEO tools, paid ads (Meta/Google), or influencer marketing.

We start with an initial conversation to assess the high level fit and approach to growth.

After that, we organize some deep dive sessions around your portfolio and case studies relevant to the role.

Compensation & Benefits
