The Role
We’re hiring a Growth Lead to own and scale Bolto’s startup acquisition engine.
This is not a narrow channel role.
You will run outbound, sales campaigns, events, referrals, and experiment with entirely new growth channels. You’ll work directly with the COO and eventually take over the majority of growth in the startup segment.

What You’ll Do
1. Outbound Engine
- Own cold outbound across email + LinkedIn
- Manage tooling (HubSpot, Apollo/Unify/Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
- Manually message dozens of startups per day, every day to book meetings
- Build segmented startup lists
- Write and test messaging
2. Creative Campaigns
Own creative in-person campaigns end to end:
- Build prospect lists
- Run email campaigns
- Coordinate logistics
- Convert warm responses into demo calls
- Turn campaigns into repeatable playbooks
- Create and test one new in-person sales campaign each quarter
4. Sales Demos
- Run first call product demos with startup leads
5. Founder Events & Community
- Plan and execute small founder events and creative experiences
- Strengthen founder network density
- Help build a positive brand with startup founders
6. Referral Engine
- Operate and improve referral + incentive programs
- Identify high-leverage referrers
- Build systems that consistently generate warm intros
7. New Channel Discovery
- Constantly study top startup growth strategies
- Propose and test new channels
- Kill what doesn’t work
- Double down on what does

What We’re Looking For
- Organization: You should be extremely organized in your day to day life, using systems such as calendar blocking, a task manager, etc.
- High agency. You should operate largely independently once you’ve settled into the role
- Startup knowledge: You should have worked for a startup, started a startup, and/or listen to startup podcasts/scroll tech twitter in your free time.
- Strong writing skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and unclear requirements
