About
- We're building the system of record for how the world uses AI.
- We sit in the path of how people actually work with AI tools, turn it into one clear picture across an org, and give companies the visibility and control to manage it.
- We're a small team that moves fast and ships things we're proud of.
- We care obsessively about taste, in product and in story.
- We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies.
The role
AI is the biggest shift of the decade and almost nobody can see it happening. It's inside every company right now, in everyone's hands, and the people who have to answer for it have no idea what's going on. That's the whole problem we exist to solve, and right now barely anyone can explain it in plain language.
That's the job. Take something huge and technical and make a person understand it in sixty seconds. Not the engineer, not the security team, the person. Whoever's watching. If you can do that, you don't just market the category, you get to name it.
You'd own how the world describes this before there's an agreed way to describe it. That's rare, and it doesn't stay open for long.
You will
- Make a lot of video. Take a real thing we learned about how companies use AI and turn it into something a person actually forwards to a coworker.
- Own the whole content engine: launch films, founder notes, customer stories, walkthroughs, the words we use for a category that doesn't have agreed words yet.
- Write the story, not just decorate someone else's. You'll decide how this sounds.
- Watch how real people react to what we ship, more closely than almost anyone here, and feed that back to us. You'll be one of our sharpest product signals.
- Find the people we don't have in-house. When we need a motion designer or an editor, you already know who to call and you call them.
Who you are
- You already make things, without anyone asking. We'll look at what you've made before we look at your resume.
- You have taste and you're online enough to know what's working this week, not last year.
- You can write, shoot, and edit, and you can make something serious feel alive instead of corporate.
- You run your own calendar, your own freelancers, your own deadlines.
- You'd rather ship five things this week than polish one for a month.
What you get
You'd be working with people who are very good at the technical and business side and need someone to set the same bar on story. The founder was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup while most people are still in college. We're already inside enterprises running thousands of users, which means you'll have real things to tell stories about, not vaporware. Apart from that:
- Competitive salary and founding-team equity
- MacBook Pro
- Unlimited token budget. Use whatever you want, as much as you want.
- Health insurance and gym membership
- A healthy budget for cameras, software, and anything you need to do your best work
